Issue Definition:

Poland's political landscape suffers from intellectual poverty. Currently, no force understands POLEXIT as the essential starting point for a truly pro-European future. Citizens are forced to choose between blind obedience to Brussels’ bureaucracy or an isolationist nationalism that weakens our position. This vacuum obstructs the birth of the Third Europe. Without a sovereign break from the current EU, the vertical axis between the Baltic and the Mediterranean cannot flourish. No political party exists with the courage to lead us toward the E-MARE ecosystem, leaving our region vulnerable to outside interference and economic stagnation. We need a movement that stops choosing between 'East' or 'West' and starts building our own regional strength through sovereignty and strategic alliances.

Proposed Conceptual Solution:

The solution is founding Forum Regionów: the first party to establish a monarchistic, centrist foundation for a sovereign Poland within a hybrid federation. We reject the false choice between Brussels and isolation; we choose Regional Engagement through the E-MARE Coalition Engine. Our methodology has three pillars: Constitutional Reform: Transitioning to monarchal stability for the Third Europe. Matrix Governance: Reintroducing the Roman Senate as a professional matrix organization, led by Field Senators (Knights Universalis) based on expertise. E-MARE Integration: Institutionalizing economic coalitions as the region's structural backbone. Forum Regionów will be the political arm of the Lechitic movement, uniting regions under a 'Greater Light' to realize TEAM (Third Europe’s Alternative Millennium).
