Identify Available Knowledge as the first step in Knowledge Gap Analysis, which may lead to commissioning of articles.

- First make sure you created an Article Group.
- Next make sure you added topics to meta-level topics, which serve as categories.
- Next add knowledge areas to your topics. And Claim Knowledge for the specific knowledge areas that you added.
- Wait for other users to provide the specific feedback that they lack knowledge in the specific knowledge areas.
- Now be patient and wait to see if they commission articles.
- If they do commission, in your feed you will see newly commissioned articles (provided you claimed knowledge). You likely need to reply with a research approach as they have to state their research question.
- If the user likes your research approach he may accept and by this act you will be commissioned to write an Article Group Article for free, without the usual premium account.
