Royal Charter Appraisal

If you want to check if your Enterprise, Community (for example Codifypedia group), Institution, or ‘NODOUBT’ organizational unit is eligible for a Royal Charter, then apply (procure service). The starting point is that your activity is aligned with the Federal goals of the HRF in general, and supports one of our Realms within this HRF. The eventual grant of Royal Charter status depends on strategic value and your identity and reputation. If successful, your organization will be listed under ‘Royal Charter Ecosystem’ on the Codifypedia page RoyalCharter.

The Hybrid Roman Federation currently supports four Realms: 1) Arthurian Britain, 2) Royal France, 3) LECHTIC Poland, and 4) the Bosporan Kingdom. More Realms may be established in the future, but these four are key at the present. These four Realms are unique to the HRF and are supported by Federal government, as part of our parallel society.

REDCELL is an acronym that includes the following concepts: Roman Dream, Eternal City, Decentralization, City-State, Epistocracy, Legends, and Legacy.

E-MARE (Euro-Mediterranean Alliance for Regional Engagement) Bureaucracy Digital Services System Design. Every region, Realm, or Empire within the HRF ecosystem is responsible for its own Bureaucracy, aligned with Constitutional frameworks. There needs to be developed a blueprint for regional Bureaucracy, the smallest unit of jurisdiction. Similarly, Bureaucracies at the Realm level also can benefit some kind of blueprint that is relevant to the HRF as a whole.
