One of the most powerful #PRINCE2 concepts for control are management #Stages, also adopted by #HybridP3M. Note that #specialist work defined by #technical phases may be aligned to Stages or may cross stage boundaries. For control, key are decision moments synonymous with Stages.

Traditionally #PRINCE2 has been poor on stakeholder management. It acknowledges this function by referring to MSP's six-step procedure for stakeholder engagement. But it is not a prominent process in the guide, unlike in #HybridP3 with 'Managing Stakeholder Expectations'.

#PRINCE2 has a distinct approach to Project #organization. It is right about the levels: project board, project management, and delivery (or team management), but the make up of each level can not be #standardized as there are multiple potential #roles that may #qualify or not.

#PRINCE2 does not intend to cover #specialist aspects such as e.g. engineering models and project lifecycles. #Codifypedia fills this gap by offering both management as well as specialist #packages, more focused on #delivery and specialist work.
